Operator and contact

Rumpel Dance is operated by Nong Bao Yi, an individual developer based in China. Contact hello@rumpelstiltskin1987.com for privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests.

Information we process

Google sign-in provides account information such as your name, email, profile image and account identifier. We use account records and session cookies to authenticate you, associate your videos with your account and administer purchases and credits.

When you submit a generation, we process one authorized adult photo, the image safety review result, task status, and the media addresses needed to create and deliver a video. A local browser preview may be shown before submission. Do not upload sensitive personal information or a photo without permission.

When you purchase credits, we keep order, payment-status and credit records needed to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate charges and handle refunds. PayPal processes payment details; we do not store full payment card numbers. Support emails contain the information you choose to provide.

Storage and protection

Account, order and task records are stored in Neon PostgreSQL in AWS US East (Ohio), region us-east-2. Uploaded source photos and generated videos are stored in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare Workers processes service requests. We use HTTPS for transfers, authenticated database connections, access controls and provider security features. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.

Media are served through HTTPS URLs for processing, playback and download. Anyone who obtains a media URL may access that file while it remains available; these URLs are not private, account-authenticated storage. Avoid sharing links you do not want others to access.

Service providers

• Google: sign-in and identity information.
• Neon: PostgreSQL hosting for account, order and task records.
• Cloudflare: Workers processing, website hosting, delivery, security and R2 media storage.
• EvoLink / Wan 3.0: EvoLink processes the submitted adult photo and silent reference video for safety review and provides access to Wan 3.0 for video generation.
• PayPal: processes payments and refunds, including transaction and payer information.

These services process data needed for their functions under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Because the operator is in China and infrastructure includes the United States and global services, data may be processed outside your country.

Retention

R2 lifecycle rules schedule uploaded source photos under uploads/rumpel-dance/ to expire after 1 day, and generated videos under uploads/rumpel-dance-results/ after 7 days. Lifecycle expiration is asynchronous and is not guaranteed at an exact hour. These rules apply to user media, not reusable template assets. Download videos you wish to keep.

We retain account and task records for service purposes while your account remains active, until you request deletion or close your account. Limited order, refund, financial, security or dispute records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute handling. Provider backups and independent copies follow their own retention procedures.

Your requests

Email hello@rumpelstiltskin1987.com to request access, correction, account deletion or earlier media deletion. We will respond to a deletion request within 5 business days. We may verify ownership before acting. Sending an email does not immediately delete data, and we will explain the scope of deletion and any records that must be retained. Provider backups and independent processor records follow their respective procedures.

Cookies

Session cookies support login. A source cookie, if enabled, records broad acquisition channels for service measurement and may be associated with orders. You can clear cookies through your browser, which may sign you out.
